Like many, I dreamed of a small place where I could both invest wisely and have fun with my family. I wanted a property that wouldn’t burden me with endless mortgages or heavy obligations – but one that would give me financial security on the one hand, and family experiences on the other. When I purchased my first property in Cyprus, I felt like I had fulfilled a dream: a property that was both an investment for the future and a warm vacation home, full of small moments of happiness. That was the turning point for me, when I realized that it was possible to do otherwise. It was possible to combine finances with family, between future planning and present enjoyment. And since then – that is exactly what I want to give to other Israelis.
